Make no mistake about it, putting earrings on a "pig" cannot transform it into a swan -- it's still a "pig"! The legislative document (‘‘America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009’’ - H.R. 3200) is 1017 pages long and this author has arduously read the entire health care proposal. Very few even interested parties will want to read this tiresome document with all its' "legalese" designed to confuse the common man. Therefore the following contains an ordered list of issues/mandates with common english language definitions from a variety of sources* (sorry amigos, if you want to follow along you'll have to learn to speak english or you can just press 2 for spanish). I've checked the accuracy of every statement herein personally and challenge anyone to find an alternative interpretation for any the items/issues listed. PG 22 - mandates the Government will audit books of all employers that self insure. Small businesses will abandon self insurance and go on Government insurance. So although proponents say that there will still be private health care, it's simply not true: this mandate will force employers to abandon their private plans.

PG 29 Lines 4-16 - Your health care will be rationed (as it is in Canada and Britain).

PG 30 Sec 123 - A Government committee will decide what treatments/benefits a person may receive.

PG 42 The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your Health Care Benefits for you. You will have no choice.

PG 53 – Sec 155 Lines 15-20 – The “Congressional – Cover OUR ASSES Clause” – It’s called the “SEVERABILITY” clause which states, “If any provision of this Act, or any application of such provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of the provisions of this Act and the application of the provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected.” This is important because it means that any constitutional challenge through the Judicial Branch, all the way to the Supreme Court will take “generations” to reverse and by that time what will be the purpose?
